original artwork for your music video.
🌙 ┆ base price can be anywhere from £60 up to £200 (before tax) for a single illustration without commercial rights^{please discuss with me through DM's or email for an MV illustration (or multiple) as i will need much more information such as deadlines, concept, etc before i can accept. smaller extra assets will cost less.this will include a concept/outfit redesign (if requested), and a promotional piece used by myself to promote your mv when it releases (commissioner can use as they like after)}🗝️ ┆ ★ images can be cut up individually with layers named for puppeting by the MV animator upon request. this will cost extra.

i will not make your mv for you. this is solely for assets for you to use when commissioning another mv editor/creating your mv yourself.

terms of service ✦

By agreeing to my Terms of Service, you are acknowledging all the terms and that they are applicable to your commission. You are agreeing that you will not chargeback/refund unless my terms of service has been broken.

★ FOR CASUAL COMMISSIONS: I currently only accept upfront payment through Paypal Invoice for these. You will need to provide me with your email that is linked to your Paypal account to send the invoice to.★ FOR BUSINESS COMMISSIONS: If you would like to commission me for artwork for your company/talent, please inquire with me first. There are additional fees involved, and the process is slightly different. I take payments through both Paypal and international bank invoice for these, and can work around your pay schedule.
Please let me know in advance if you need me to work out the tax for your company. This is also an additional fee.I am willing to sign an NDA so long as I may reserve the rights to add the work to my public art twitter (Lacelavy), my portfolio, and my commissions samples once the final artwork has been shown publicly.If you are commissioning me for artwork for a video, please prepare a document Brief for me to look over!
This includes things such as: dimensions, character references, music/theme, deadlines.

★ Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months.
Clients may only ask for updates once a month has passed if there has been no prior communication.★ Once a sketch has been received, clients may ask for unlimited revisions until satisfied.
Once the final product has been received, clients may ask for a total of 3 small changes before each change will cost £5 extra, each. I will not do large-scale revisions at the final stage.★ I do not accept written references.
You must provide a clear visual reference for your character(s).
I can accept photo references/IRL references if you allow some wiggle room on design.
^{If you would like to commission a different outfit for your character, I may be willing to accept a written reference for only the outfit idea, but an additional fee may incur. Things like pinterest boards and inspiration images work best for different outfits/themes if you can supply them!}
For skintones, I may ask that you provide me an exact colour that you wish your character to be (this is to avoid white-washing).★ Initially your commission will be solely for personal use; you may not use it commercially unless previously discussed.
Typically an extra fee will apply for commercial use (In most cases, the cost will be +50% of the initial price of your comm). Please be aware of this!★ I do not give refunds unless the artwork has been unable to be completed on my end (If your commission has finished sketch-phase/thumbnailing, you will not recieve a refund).
If you cancel your commission, you will not recieve a refund UNLESS 3 months has passed without any updates.
It is very important that you recognise and accept my refund rules when commissioning me.★ Please do not ask for updates unless a month has passed for casual commissions. For business commissions, please arrange deadlines with me so that I can meet them accordingly.★ ALL commissions will go on my public Trello.
If you would like your commission to be private, please ask during the commission process (or if I have signed an NDA, I will mark your commission down automatically as PRIVATE - HIGH PRIORITY).
